“ I ordered carry out but did not call in advance, very short wait. Large portions. And the food was what I expected and was a good value for what I spent. My only complaint is the sauce leaked out of the cantainer and made a mess. ”
“ 1st time here for lunch. Restaurant has been here 40 years and has great food, service and atmosphere. Nice booths plus tables. Moo goo was tasty and came with soup. Accodates any size group. Highly recommend. ”
“ Fantastic Chinese food. The best I've ever had!! We love Pengs ”
“ They do what they do, and do it well. Fancy? No. Expensive? No. Great food? Yup. ”
“ My first time here & definitely won’t be my last. The food was cooked fresh & tasted delicious! Their staff is so friendly. U have to try it ”
“ This restraunt makes me so warm and food is delicious people nice ,I will back. ”
“ I have something to say about Peng's... I have been eating at this restaurant since the very first moment they opened the doors back in the 80's ... the food here has always been top notch , the people working here are exceptional and always polite !! I have absolutely never been disappointed ... once a week I place an order for the crew at work, for the past five years straight & not even the pickiest of people has ever had a single complaint !! I have seen some of the negative reviews on here ... some of things mentioned simply did not happen !! The entire family and the workers there are the most polite and caring people in the business ... when I see a review complaining about being treated poorly, or the food smelling like "ammonia" or small servings ? I call BS to this ... the proof is simply in the parking lot !! To the entire gang at Peng's...Brian, Indira & Kim... simply don't pay any attention to the complainers on google reviews , most of them have an agenda that's very transparent !! ”
“ This is a great spot for delicious Chinese food in Calhoun! It’s a family-owned restaurant, not a corporate chain, which adds to its charm. At first glance, it may look closed due to the dark tinted windows, but don’t let that fool you. The location is convenient, just off the interstate, with plenty of parking available. The food tastes amazing! Their lunch specials are very affordable and include soup, an egg roll, and a generous portion of your meal. Everything I’ve had here has been delicious, and the food always comes out quickly. The staff is friendly, and the inside is spacious and clean. ”
